Loyalty Rewards Points

How to collect Points?

You have few possibilities to collect Your points, by:

  • create an account
  • inform us about your birthday date
  • complete your profile in account
  • follow us on Instagram, Facebook or YouTube
  • share information about our store on Facebook
  • refer this program to your friends

How to redeem points?

When you collect enough points, you can choose the best option for you within discount or free product. When you decide about it simply press button "Redeem" then you will create discount code on your screen and the press "Apply now". You will receive this code on your email address. When you finish your shopping go to check out and put this code (in window "discount code") and press apply button (arrow).

REMEMBER

You are allowed to use just 1 discount code at the time. When you want to use 2 different code for different options you can do it by splitting your shopping for specific needs. They will be treated as separate orders.

When on our shop it is already assigned discount code you are not allowed to use any other discount code.

Orders & Shipping

  • Order processing time

All orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched as soon as possible but please allow 7-14 days depending on ordered items (personalisation). Usually it’s much less. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or on the next business day.

  • How long will my package take to arrive

Include order processing time and delivery time.
Packages are generally shipped via Royal Mail / DHL / DPD (depending on order location) shipping with tracking and drop-off without signature.

  • Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that I am unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
I am sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • How do I know my package was shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, I will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

  • International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
