How to do it?
- Pick the length. IMPORTANT!!! Cakes over 1000m will be split into 2 cakes
- Pick your colors, first color will be in the center of the cake, last one on the outside (minimum 3 colors)
- Pick the additional Mohair thread color it will be full length.
- Pick the additional Rexor (lurex) Thread color it will be full length.
DONE!!! Easy
Important cakes 100m - 400m ONLY up to 6 COLORS
made from 100% Merino and 30% mohair 4% wool 36% acrylic 30% nylon high quality untwisted threads plus additional Rexor thread 61% Polyester 39% Nylon.
Smooth color conversion from one to another due to the fact that only one thread is replaced at a time (of Merino thread). The knots created by the combination of colors are small and almost completely invisible in the finished piece.
Each skein can be worked from the inside or the outside.
Depends of Your choice of PLY
Recommended needles: 3 – 5 mm
Recommended hooks: 3 – 5 mm
Yarn Weight: Light DK (2).
Care and wash of ready products from our yarn:
30° in wool or gentle wash cycle in a laundry bag (recommended) on delicate or gentle cycle, lay flat and dry, do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean.
